Tenet is the parent company of a group of innovative artificial intelligence and financial technology companies operating primarily in the commercial lending industry. 2. Collection, Storage, and Use of Personal Information

On the Website, you are offered the opportunity to subscribe to our mailing list. Subscription is optional. If you do subscribe, we will ask for your name and email address. Otherwise, the Website does not ask for or collect any personal information. Tenet uses the subscribers’ information to provide them with updates and communications about the company’s activities. The subscribers’ information is stored on Tenet’s servers located in Montreal, Quebec.

Tenet does not share the subscribers ’information with any third parties unless required to satisfy any governmental order, subpoena, or similar legal process if required by law.
