Tenet is the parent company of a group of innovative artificial intelligence and financial technology companies operating primarily in the commercial lending industry. 2. Collection, Storage, and Use of Personal Information

On the Website, you are offered the opportunity to subscribe to our mailing list. Subscription is optional. If you do subscribe, we will ask for your name and email address. Otherwise, the Website does not ask for or collect any personal information. Tenet uses the subscribers’ information to provide them with updates and communications about the company’s activities. The subscribers’ information is stored on Tenet’s servers located in Montreal, Quebec.


3. Sharing of Personal Information

Tenet does not share the subscribers ’information with any third parties unless required to satisfy any governmental order, subpoena, or similar legal process if required by law.


4. Removal of Personal Information

You may, at any time, unsubscribe to Tenet’s marketing communications by clicking on the unsubscribe option found at the bottom of each communication you will receive and then following the instructions. The name and email address of any subscriber who has unsubscribed will be deleted from our mailing lists within 10 days.

The Website uses cookies and tagging features which provide Tenet with a series of indicators to collect information and report site usage statistics without personally identifying visitors. These indicators will aim to tell us the aggregate numbers of unique visitors, sessions, visits, contact pages (i.e. the landing page), average pages per visit, average visit duration, visits by location, page views (including broken down by page title), visits by a device (e.g. desktop, tablet, or mobile) as well as the type of visitor (new/returning), bounce rate (i.e. an indicator that is measured by dividing the number of single-page sessions by the number of total sessions on the site), known demographics (affinities), and exits and page views by page. We use this information to improve the content and to build better features that improve the user’s experience on the Website.
