You and Tenet agree that these Terms will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, without reference to its conflict of laws rules. In the unlikely event of a dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, you and Tenet agree that the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Montreal, Quebec, and you and Tenet irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such a court.
9. Additional Legal Terms
If a court finds any part of these terms to be invalid or unenforceable, you and Tenet agree that this part of the terms will be removed and the rest of the Terms will remain enforceable to the extent permitted by the court. You may not assign all or part of your rights and obligations under these Terms. If we do not act to enforce any breach of these Terms, that does not mean that Tenet has waived its right to enforce these Terms.
