Johnson’s background combines financial services and technology management. He worked as an advisor at Investors Group and holds an MBA in Information Technology from HEC Montréal and a finance degree from Texas Tech University.

Appointed COO in October 2023, Mayco brings experience in fintech operations, treasury, financing and financial compliance. His background includes founding and senior executive roles in start-ups and public companies.

Maxime became CFO in January 2025 after joining Tenet as Director of Finance in 2024. His experience includes audit and transaction due diligence at KPMG, advisory work at Triton, and finance leadership in the software industry.

Liang leads Tenet’s Chinese operations and was appointed to lead global Business Hub development in October 2024. His background includes software engineering and entrepreneurship. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from McGill University.

Claude’s technology background spans telecommunications, security, software and payment systems. His Business Hub responsibilities include platform infrastructure, scalability and security. He holds a mathematics degree from Université du Québec à Montréal.

Luis leads Tenet’s analytics, data science and AI vision. He holds a doctorate in artificial intelligence and has applied data science across commercial, government and fintech settings.

Jean joined the board in July 2023. His experience includes government relations, international investment and business development at CAI Global Group. He holds degrees in political science from Université Laval and international relations from Queen’s University.

Elected to the board in October 2023, Yves chairs Tenet’s Audit and Risk Committee and serves on its Governance and Nomination and Human Capital and Compensation committees.

George joined the board in September 2024. A physician and technology entrepreneur, he founded iTreatMD and has held roles at Healthline, Salesforce and Autodesk Australia. His education includes computer science and mathematics, medicine, and an MBA.
